Booking yellow door eats for your event

Our events package includes our converted horse box, wood-fired oven, serving tables and wooden serving boards along with food signage and of course, a delicious selection of savory and sweet food options. Included in the service are plates, napkins and wooden cutlery. We also provide flavoured oils and chillies for your guests to enjoy. All insurances, travel costs and staff costs are included in our price.

Catering Options

On the day we will cook, slice, tidy and replenish four choices of unlimited pizzas for two hours, serving to wooden boards for your guests to help themselves. Three or four hour serving options are also available. Our Pizza & Salad choice is also very popular for gatherings and we provide large bowls of freshly made salad for a small additional cost per head.

We are really excited that we can now offer Dutch Pancakes along side our pizza menu. These are colourful, tasty and a great fun dessert for your guests. We serve these in individual portions with a choice of toppings.

We would love to be part of your special day and with 30 years of catering experience and a five star hygiene rating, we endeavour to bring a professional and friendly service to make your event catering hassle free. 

Availability and Booking

For a quote and to check our availability, please forward details of your requirements including numbers, location, dates, times and any other information you feel relevant to info@yellowdooreats.co.uk.

To secure the date and your booking we require a non refundable deposit of 50% then the balance payment 8 weeks before the event. 

Catering for smaller events

If you’re organising a smaller event, you may want to take advantage of our affordable alternative to the horsebox hire service. Simply choose the pizzas you’d like from our weekly menu. We then prepare and cook them in our wood-fired oven, and wrap and box them for you. Your order can be delivered or collected on the day of the event for you to heat and serve when required. This is a great way of serving wonderful pizza to a crowd.

Or, if you’re busy entertaining, we can provide team members to heat, cut and serve our pizzas in slices to your guests. Our catering staff would just need access to your oven and a serving table. This is a great option if you want to enjoy your gathering with minimum work.
