Our Values

Above all we want to make delicious pizza, and delicious pizza is made by using quality ingredients and fresh handmade dough. We take pride in developing our menu, sourcing the best suppliers and making use of local seasonal produce.

Our dough is made by using Italian 00 flour and fresh yeast. We double proof our dough in small quantities then hand stretch and make every pizza with passion. We use only San Marzano tomatoes and Fior Di latte cheese for our pizzas. They are cooked fast and at a high temperature in our British made wood fired oven creating a pizza with a thin base and a charred, puffy and blistery crust.

Our prep kitchen is at our home in Hethersett, Norwich where we also trade from our pizza kitchen. We hold a five-star hygiene rating and can tailor our food to suit dietary requirements.

As well as pizzas, our menu comprises of a range of salads, breads, dipping sauces and desserts. We also offer our part-baked pizzas to customers so they can enjoy our food outside of our normal hours.

Our oven is heated by logs sourced locally from sustainable managed forests. We do not use power hungry generators or fridges on our trailer, just plenty of cool boxes. We try to limit our driving each day and only use recyclable products which include our plates, cutlery, food pots and pizza boxes.
